To keep things running smoothly and respect everyone's time, please review the policies below: • You may cancel or reschedule online before 2 hours of your appt time with no fee charged. ✨LATE ARRIVALS✨ • 5 min grace period. If you arrive too late to start your appt, it will be treated as a no-show with a 100% fee of your total scheduled appt and a reschedule will be required. • Please contact me if you will be late so I can determine if my schedule allows the extra time or a reschedule is needed. ✨CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 2 HRS✨ • If you need to cancel or reschedule within 2 hours of your appt time, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged. ✨No-Shows ✨ • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. • Repeat late arrival/no show offenders will not be allowed to book future appts. • All fees due must be paid before future appts can be booked.
